Featuring locally made Brandy, Vermouth, and Bottled Cocktails. We are growing forty-three varieties of apples and nine grapes varietals which we specifically chose and cultivated to make exceptional brandy.
We contracted with a leading still maker in Cognac to construct our custom-designed, hand-hammered, copper Alembic Charentais still.
Using local trees we worked with local craftsmen, with their own sawmill, to construct a timber-framed, post-and-beam barrel-aging barn known as a “chai” (pronounced, “shay”) in France.
